Christmas Production
Audition to perform in our Christmas show, “Tales By the Tree.” This is a fun performance opportunity for dancers in our community! Rehearsals will be held on Thursday evenings between 5 and 7 pm. The show is December 7th.

Dance Tech Academy is a premier dance school serving the Idaho Falls, ID area for more than 35 years. DTA specializes in various styles of dance including ballet/pointe, modern, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, tap, acro, aerial and fitness classes. Quality of Instruction
At DTA, we believe in safe training methods, proper technique, and individual attention to help our students improve and reach their goals. It is important that a strong foundation of technique and strength is built in order to perform more advanced skills. We provide assistant instructors in classes with a larger quantity of students in order to help dancers receive more individualized attention. We also offer a wide variety of classes and programs to help you customize your dance training experience. Classes are offered for all ages and skill levels with top-notch programs for both recreational dancers and those looking to take their skills to the next level through additional training and participation in a Performance Company.
Safe Facility
Our state-of-the-art facility features 4 beautiful studio spaces with top quality sound equipment, full-length mirrors, barres, and most importantly sprung hardwood and Marley flooring. Did you know that training on poor quality floors such as plywood or flooring without a subfloor can cause serious injuries over time? Our “floating floors” help cushion joints for lower impact and safer training. Other extras included in our facility are water fountains, air conditioning, a large parking lot and one-way viewing windows, as well as cubbies, coat hooks, and a locker room for our Performance Company dancers.
