A highly expressive style of dance that challenges the structured technique of classical ballet.
Enter the world of creative exploration. In these classes, dancers will learn skills associated with Modern and Contemporary techniques such as floor work, jumps and turns. There will be an emphasis on anatomical alignment as well as the history of these dance styles along with creative movement and comprehensive training on beginning choreography.

Teen (13+ Yrs)

Adult (16+ Yrs)
Dancers will learn skills associated with Modern and Contemporary techniques such as floor work, jumps and turns. There will be an emphasis on anatomical alignment as well as the history of these dance styles along with creative movement and comprehensive training on beginning choreography.
Dress Code
Attire: Comfortable dance attire in which dancers can easily and freely move such as leotards, tights, leggings, spandex shorts, fitted tanks/tees, etc. No jeans, baggy pants/shirts, or other clothing that restricts movement. Hair must be pulled back away from the face. No jewelry.
Footwear: Bare feet
