Acro Tumbling
Strength, Balance, and Flexibility
Acrobatics is a form of gymnastics for dancers. Our goal is to teach dancers tumbling, strength, balancing and flexibility skills in a safe controlled environment. Common moves include handstands, cartwheels, bridges, aerials and back handsprings. These are all taught using a series of progression to keep the dancers safe but also build confidence in their own abilities. Acro is a great class to take on its own or in addition to other dance classes.
